We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures—encryption, secure servers, access control—to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While we take precautions, no system is completely secure.

10. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction, deletion, or destruction of personal information;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Object to processing for direct marketing;
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

11. Children’s Information
